What is the cost?

The base price of an AIRi photo booth is $495 for the social rental package! It includes digital props, the addition of a custom graphic (provided by you) and free photo downloads, 1 attendant to set-up/take-down. You’ll find a list of all photo booth prices and packages HERE!

I’d like to customize some things, what are my options?

You’ll find many options for customization on our upgrades page. You can easily make your event special with the use of a green screen for a custom digital backdrop -or- by ordering a custom printed backdrop. We can also provide themed props for your special occasion.

What are your service areas?

Airi Photo serves Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, Redstone, Glenwood Springs, Eagle, Vail, New Castle, Silt, Riffle, Parachute and locations as far as Grand Junction! For a reasonable up-charge, we provide photo booths for events in Summit County (Breckenridge Area), Crested Butte, Telluride, Ouray, Buena Vista / Salida and even the Moab Area.

How is this booth different from others?

The AIRi Photo experience highlights an “open air” photo booth. The camera and printer reside about 7′ in front of a 8′ x 8′ backdrop. The system can be setup anywhere and provides a lot more space for guests to really get “propped” for extra fun. The camera, monitor and printer are also self contained, so guests can easily self guide their shoot if they wish. This type of photo booth is the only booth designed with a commercial-grade 24″ touchscreen display that has a 180 degree viewing angle. Prints are printed, cut and delivered in 30 seconds to keep folks moving through the line. Truly a hassle-free experience!

Can I get a different color backdrop if I want?

All packages include your choice of our always growing Backdrop Inventory.

You can customize your photo booth experience with a Green Screen (+$100 to the Classic Package, included with the Glam package),
or a custom Step&Repeat Backdrop with your logo/s  (+$350 to the Classic Package, included with the Glam Package).

How many photo sessions are provided?

As many as you can fit in the active time of your booth! The opportunities are endless…

Do you charge for delivery?

No. The cost of your photo booth includes delivery and an attendant. However, if you are outside a 75 mile radius of Carbondale, you may incur additional travel costs.

How many photos are provided?

At least one print for each person in each photo session.
Clients will receive a digital download link to all event photos within 24 hours.

Will there be an attendant?

Yes, an attendant will be present for any event with on-site printing to help guide guests through the process. However, the machine is self-contained and lends very easily to self-discovery. Your guest can guide their own experience if they wish.

 

Is there a cost for setup?

No. Setup is included in the base price of the booth.

How do I reserve the booth?

Please call us at (970) 319-9208, email info@airiphoto.com or fill out our contact form. We will provide you with access to our private online reservation system so you can secure your date and conveniently pay for your deposit online.

Where can Airi setup and how much space is required?

The booth can be setup anywhere in your venue. Ideally, you will want to avoid direct sunlight/window backlight to ensure ideal photo quality.

Our backdrops are 8′ wide by 8′ tall and the machine itself is fairly streamlined and will be placed 6-8′ in front of the backdrop.
For outside events we can provide a 10′ by 10′ walled tent for protection from the elements.

What if we want to add additional time?

Additional time can be added upfront for $100/hour as an upgrade. If you are having a super fun time the evening of your event and want to add extra time – your attendant will be equipped to charge you on the fly. HOWEVER, it will be up to the attendant to determine if this fits his or her evening schedule since it was not pre-planned.

How long does setup take?

The AIRi attendant will be at the event 1 hour in advance of the event and will have the booth ready 30 minutes prior to your event schedule.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% upfront deposit with a signed rental agreement.

If I need to have the booth setup early for some reason, how much will “idle” time cost me?

Idle time costs $30/hour.
