The base price of your photo booth is $995 and includes 3 hrs of active use, basic props, the addition of a custom graphic (provided by you) and free photo downloads. You’ll find a list of booth upgrades here.
You’ll find many options for customization on our upgrades page. You can easily make your event special with the use of a green screen for a custom digital backdrop -or- by ordering a custom printed backdrop. We can also provide themed props for your special occasion.
We are located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado but service events from Vail to Aspen and westerly toward Grand Junction. Any event outside a 60 mile radius may incur additional travel costs. If you are unsure about your service area, please contact us.
The AIRi Photo experience highlights an “open air” photo booth. The camera and printer reside about 10′ in front of a 10′ x 8′ backdrop. The system can be setup anywhere and provides a lot more space for guests to really get “propped” for extra fun. The camera, monitor and printer are also self contained, so guests can easily self guide their shoot if they wish (and voice prompts will guide them along). This type of photo booth is the only booth designed with a commercial-grade 24″ touchscreen display that has a 180 degree viewing angle. Prints are printed, cut and delivered in 11 seconds to keep folks moving through the line. Truly a hassle-free experience!
As part of the standard package, you will have a choice of black, white, gray or red backdrops. You can customize with a green screen upgrade – OR – choose from 100s and purchase your own themed backdrop from BackdropOutlet.com (just make sure you select a 10×10 with a pole pocket).

Your guest will get one – 2×6 photo strip, unless you order double prints or get the scrapbook package.
Yes. The photo booth will always be manned by an attendant. However, the machine is self-contained and lends very easily to self-discovery. Your guest can guide their own experience if they wish.

The AIRi Photo Booth utilizes an 18 megapixel Canon EOS SL1 DSLR camera with 18-55mm f/3.5–5.6 IS STM lens and a professional quality, high-speed dye sublimation printer. Your prints are delivered at 300 dpi and will be printed, cut and ready for pickup in 11 secs.
The booth can be setup anywhere in your venue. Ideally you will want to choose a well lighted space so you don’t need an up-lighting upgrade. The machine does have a flash, but dark spaces generally are not a good choice without added light. Your backdrop is 10′ wide by 8′ tall and the machine itself is fairly streamlined and will be placed 6-8′ in front of the backdrop.
Additional time can be added upfront for $100/hour as an upgrade. If you are having a super fun time the evening of your event and want to add extra time – your attendant will be equipped to charge you on the fly. HOWEVER, it will be up to the attendant to determine if this fits his or her evening schedule since it was not pre-planned. They may tell you no.
The AIRi attendant will be at the event 1 hour in advance of the event and will have the booth ready 30 minutes prior to your event schedule.
Yes, we require a 50% upfront deposit with a signed rental agreement.
If your AIRi photo booth reservation needs to be cancelled for any reason, the 50% deposit will be refundable up to 45 days prior to your event.
Idle time costs $75/hour.
